As personnel complete at least Level 2 workshops, set up at minimum 6 four-hourly discussion. sessions based on the schedule. These are sessions as marked as "KSL" (as in "Key Success Loop") in Annex B (refer to Reforms Unit for a copy of this Annex for a current full list of this schedule or click here).
Plan to select and fund suitable venue and discussion logistics for the required number of days (2 flipchart boards, flipchart paper, 3-4 sets post-its (3" x 5"), tables for cluster seating, stationery and meals for participants).
Advance invitations to your group of participants at least six weeks ahead of the discussion session date.
Advance confirmation note at least two weeks ahead of the session date.
Organize the discussion session venue on the date of the session.
By department participants: Ensure you would have at least completed Workshop Module II before embarking on this activity.
Work with your PIC in ensuring your availability for the dates your organization is participating in these discussions.
Enjoy the discussions as the discussions focus on understanding what helps or does not help today in creating the success you/your department is seeking in its core purpose.
You would find for most parts of the discussions the facilitator uses the tools in as seamless a way as possible. These would be explained to you as we go through the discussions. This is your way of “seeing” the tools at work on real-life issues. If you do not “see” how the tools are used, do not forget to raise queries.
Look forward to completing the work of the key success loop for your department.
