What you need to know about attending the Open Workshops

    These sessions are designed for the following personnel:
  • Ministers & Assistant Ministers
  • Members of Parliament
  • Permanent Secretaries, Deputy Permanent Secretaries,

These programmes would be coordinated by the Reforms Unit and coordination would happen through your
respective Performance Improvement Coordinators.

    What you would need to do:

  1. These are sessions marked by the module number (as if Module 1, Module 2, etc.) in Annex B (refer to
    Reforms Unit for a copy of this Annex for a current full list of this schedule or click here) as light blue
    coloured boxes and indicate the level of the module covered.
  2. Look out for regular notices from the Reforms Unit, OP that would be sent to you and copied to your PIC to
    invite your participation in these sessions.
  3. Indicate your preferred workshop dates (you could book dates for all four modules in advance) to your PIC by
    the suggested dateline
  4. Pencil in the date in your diary.
  5. Joining instructions would be sent to you closer to the date of the workshop.  Workshop manuals are
    included within the joining instructions.  Print and bring a copy to the session.
  6. All sessions begin at 8.30 am and are scheduled to end at about 4.30 pm.


What you need to know about attending the In-house Workshops

    These sessions are designed for the following personnel:
  • Directors
  • Section Heads including deputies
  • Overseas Embassy staff
  • Performance Improve Coordinators (PICs) and PIClets
  • Planning staff
  • Corporate Service Staff

    These programmes would be coordinated directly and jointly by your respective Performance Improvement
    Coordinators and your Heads Planning jointly organized with OP.
