Learning Organization Building Foundations Workshop
Provides an overview of the work, briefly introduces the five disciplines and provides a good introduction to a quarter of the 60 tools offered by Dr Peter Senge. Module 1 lays a strong foundations for subsequent modules of the core competency workshop series. Whets the appetite for future workshop modules.

Module 2 Beginner
|
Deepening Systems Thinking Learning to see the world systemically
Covers up to ten archetypes of Systems Thinking (identified by Dr Peter Senge and his team, a work that is derivative of the field of Systems Dynamics). Works with real-life case studies from around the world to help participants identify systemic archetypes that illustrate most of the complexities organizations face.

Learn how the system archetype templates were discovered Learn ways to remember and recognise the ten system archetypes Learn to diagnose complexity and take high-leverage interventions Use case studies to learn to apply the system archetypes Understanding the nature of a full-blown complexity - the "Onion"

Develop the sensitivities to apply system archetypes in real-life situations. Sensitivies that cannot be gained by simply applying the tools outside the workshop

Module 3 Advanced Beginner
|
Creating Productive Conversations
Prepares a leader to shift conversations that are defensive (works by Dr Chris Argyris on which Senge developed the disciplines of Mental models and Team Learning) to become reflective, productive and eventually generative conversations.

Designing System-wide Interventions (Integrating the five disciplines)
This is an advanced workshop for leaders / persons charged with large-scale systemic interventions. Explores the skills and disciplines in learning to map future shared realities of one's organizations by drawing on systemic insights and learning to lead inspiring teams.
Theories of the Vision Deployment Matrix (Dr Daniel Kim) and Theory U (Dr Otto Scharmer) offers to illustrate the integration of the five disciplines as well as learn to apply the theories within organisational contexts, particularly in mapping high-leverage strategic interventions.
