Dynamics).  Works with
real-life case studies from
around the world to help
participants identify systemic
archetypes that illustrate most
of the complexities
organizations face.

interventions.  Explores the
skills and disciplines in

by drawing on systemic
insights and learning to lead
inspiring teams.

Theories of the Vision
Deployment Matrix (Dr Daniel
Kim) and Theory U (Dr Otto
Scharmer) offers to illustrate
the integration of the five
disciplines as well as learn to
apply the theories within
organisational contexts,
particularly in mapping
high-leverage strategic
interventions.
