Dear all,
Spring is finally here to stay and the days are getting longer.
The corporate planning process is mostly over and organizations are moving towards communicating these plans internally. As practitioners we wish you all the very best in these efforts.
We are very fortunate that in the coming month of May we have two excellent events on the World Cafe in this part of the world. The authors and co-founders of the work, Juanita Brown and David Issacs would be in Bali and then in Singapore in the early and mid-parts of May to be a part of these events. Make sure you catch these events! See below for more details.
March has been a productive month for the network, meeting and sharing with more organizations taking deliberate steps to implement Learning Organization as well as working with various teams in uncovering systemic structures. Did you see the underlying structure that cause HFMD cases to be on the rise and the leverage for intervening and overcoming the oldest profession on earth - prostitution? Yes, it has definitely been an exciting month indeed!
Do feel free to pass this on to anyone you think would want to know about these events.
We wish you a pleasant month ahead!
Warm regards Sheila Damodaran www.lopn.net Look out for brand new links on the LOPN website here! Sign-up here to be on the LOPN mailing list.

"For a long time I had felt like a mouse on a corporate treadmill and I was curious to find out how the programmes was going to provide me with some new insights and fresh perspectives. As the days unfolded, I thought the program was pleasant, relaxing and a good opportunity to recharge the battery. It wasn't until I came home, however, when it suddenly dawned on me that I had subtly changed. It was as if in this moment of stillness in Vermont, I had changed a lens on my mental camera and was looking at the world in a different way. As if in a moment of connection with life and the universe, I finally understood that our greatest power to change the world lies in our power to see beyond the veil." - Recent Participant
