management to have this worldcafe for different groups of teachers and management at least once a month
- Create a school as a Centre for world café. For the parents, teachers and
stakeholders (community)

AT THE WORKPLACE:
- Reigniting people’s passion of talking and creating meaningful conversations at
the workplace

that are important to my organization more frequently.
- New essentials for Leaders: design, convene and host conversations.
- "Being" training; "conversation" training
- One thing I want to do: Share the essence of World Café to my organization
and start trying that conversation when opportunity arises “Believe that will happen with you”.
WITH BUSINESS, NGOS, ETC. COMMUNITIES
- One thing I will do as a result of World Café today: Collaborate with at least 1-7
others to create cross-disciplinary “cafes” and special events with action steps to follow – including but not limited to business people, NGOs, artists of different disciplines, scientists and technology people, healthcare workers, activists, environmentalists, education, animal rights people, etc.
- Brand giving as a way of living that creates a spiral between givers and
receives.
IN CLUBS:
- I belong to a ‘resource panel at a club. I am going to use the World Cafe
format to generate plans and ideas

ON GOVERNMENT POLICIES:
- Ground shaping the aspirations instead of being shaped.
- What if parlimentary debates were conducted world-cafe style
- HDB-led "Cafes" for communities that lead to action
WITH THE WORLD AND ANYWHERE ELSE:
- To create the “World Café” within my organization, family and friends to share
communication / conversation
- To transform it into a “virtual World Café” connecting people around the
world; Host World Café through tele-conferencing
- When in doubt to strike a conversation, talk anyway – with someone, a
stranger, a colleague, a fried, a family member
- More conversation between people from different disciplines, ages,
perspectives, cultures, etc.
IN RELATIONSHIP:
- Using World Café to build / nurture relationships
FOR MYSELF:

Organizationally I will integrate and create space for World Café in our envisioning, planning and connecting. Thank you.
- My intention is to hold a world café within 2 years’ time with people from
other cultures and countries; my intention is also to act on my intentions moving forward to bring the intentions into being.
- Participation from Diversified Crowd Creates Opportunity and Creativity
- It’s really a interesting World Café talk (Kopitiam Style talk). This is my 1st
time to join with this kind of forum style. However, it’s really meaningful and useful in the future; “The World Café”, I’ll come again.
- Let the conversation flow naturally without barriers, without fear. Listen and
be listened!
- “Replace my ego with We-go”; Participate in Sing Skype Exchange; Enact
“Branding of Giving As Just a Way of Living”
- Heart to heart rather than head to heart.
- Not afraid to speak up, not afraid to listen
- Bring back / trust the human nature for meaningful conversation : persevere /
believe / suspend.
