  • Our flagship LO Core Competency Workshops -  These
monthly workshops aim to share the framework, tools and
application of the work of Learning Organization.  The workshops
build-up from novices to Advanced Beginner levels.  Participants
apply the tools on the real-life issues from their organizations.

  • Practitioners' Forums - Practitioners in the field share their
insights at the Practitioners' Forums , their experiments with
existing tools and methods, learnings from testing the framework of
the five disciplines, their understanding of overcoming cultural
barriers to learning and applying the basic disciplines in day-to-day
management practices.  Held bi-monthly.  Look out in the
    NewsFlash!

  • Practice Sessions - This is a safe space to practice the tools you
have learned at the workshops and the forums.  Subject 'leaders'
present a current problem and invite you to use what you have
learned about the 60 tools, particularly Systems Thinking to work
on it.  For learning organizations, ONLY when managers start
thinking in terms of systems archetypes, does systems thinking
become an active daily agent, continually revealing how we create
our reality.  Look out for details in NewsFlash!

  • Monthly NewsFlash - We publish a list of local, regional and
global events happening in the field of Learning Organization.  For
workshop graduates, similar NewsBites are sent directly through
    their emails.
