Greetings!
After more than a decade as president of Pegasus Communications, Ginny Wiley has chosen to step aside
by the end of 2008. This decision comes after much deliberation and consultation with the Pegasus staff
and board. As much as she treasures Pegasus's mission and her dear colleagues, both inside and outside
of our office, Ginny is ready to transition to a role that offers more flexibility and personal time. She will stay
"in the loop," though, by serving in an advisory role in any way that meets her and Pegasus's needs.
The new president will join a strong, experienced staff of 9 employees in building on the successes of the
recent past while seeking new markets and business opportunities. Our small but mighty organization has a
reputation for high-quality products, programs, and service. We strive to live the principles from our field by
practicing the core values of Respect, Excellence, Absolute Integrity, Walking the Talk, and Stewardship.
Applicants should have previous experience in publishing and/or conference management, working
knowledge of the fields of systems thinking and organizational learning, and business acumen.
